You call, text or fill in the form. We come out, inspect the roof and gutters, photograph the condition and talk you through what we see, including the option to do nothing yet.
Soft-wash prep
On job day we protect beds, shrubs and hardscape, then clear algae, moss and black streaks with a gentle soft-wash. No pressure washing, no walking where shingles are fragile.
Restorative treatment
With the roof clean, we apply the rejuvenation treatment, the step that renews the shingles and adds years of life. The roof dries to an even color; we clean the site and send you photos.
Ongoing maintenance
We set a check-back interval that suits your roof's age and exposure (roof, gutters and exterior) so small things stay small.

Before you book
How do I know if my roof is a candidate?
Most asphalt shingle roofs between roughly 8 and 20 years old with streaking, moss or dull color are good candidates. Structural damage, widespread curling or active leaks are not, and we'll say so.
Will this damage my shingles?
No. We soft-wash. Pressure washing is what strips granules and shortens roof life, and we don't do it.
How long does it take?
Most single-family homes are done in a few hours, in one visit.
Do I need to be home?
Not necessarily, as long as we have access to an outdoor water source and you've okayed the scope.
